With us not being able to go out to gym and exercise I have been battling to maintain the 60kg, but now we can go walking and running between 06h00 - 09h00 hopefully I can get back to 60kg in not time.
Everyone stay strong and stay safe
62 kg Lost so far: 3 kg.    Still to go: 2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.2 kg a Week
