Fat: 27.9 -> 28.4 (27.6)
Water: 49 -> 48.6
Muscle: 31.7 -> 31.4 (31.8)

Can any one explain to me why my weight differs so drastically on days when I've exercised and when i haven't.

Yesterday my weight was 85.4. I didn't run or gym before weighing.
This morning it's 84.1 after a run.

Same for fat and muscle - the ones in brackets are from this morning.
85.4 kg Lost so far: 11.6 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.3 kg a Week

you must always weigh yourself in the morning before eating, you will get a more accurate weight. the reason why you probably less after exercise is because you are burning calaries you ate.

Thanks Seipta Both weigh-ins were done on empty stomach. Although I'm not sure if burning a few 100 calories would equate to suddenly dropping over a kg over night.
