Fat: 87.1 -> 87.4
Water: 48 -> 47.8
Muscle: 30.9 -30.8

Considering what I've eaten this week, I'm actually pretty chuffed with that!

Sat was 2 egg and bacon rolls for breakfast, and then a dbl nandos burger with chips and spinach and a slab n half of choc for dinner.....
Sunday was 3 white cheese rolls with pastrami
Monday dinner was spaghetti and sauce, followed by almost a 140g bag of liquorice all-sorts and lays!

and yes, i have no idea whats going on!
I'm sure I'm not pregnant! ;-)
87.4 kg Lost so far: 9.6 kg.    Still to go: 7.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.3 kg a Week
