Been doing so home workouts and the eating has improved...only 4 days of “work” made this result possible. Not a lot but a drop is a drop.
82.4 kg Lost so far: 16.6 kg.    Still to go: 14.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.3 kg a Week
