Yikes 🙈 anotherrrrr terrible day! I am not doing well food-wise... I mean, I know what to eat to lose weight; I know what not to eat to lose weight - but it’s like my brain just isn’t interested right now 🙄 I’m exercising a lot more than I have been, but it seems the general consensus is that what you eat has more impact on your weight than how much you exercise.

Anyways! I love starting fresh on Monday’s, Monday’s are actually my fave day of the week (and everybody looks at me like whaaaa...) haha! So tomorrow I’m going to put some of my lovely new gym gear on (inc. new super spiffy yoga mat because my other is sooo squeaky and I’m so embarrassed in classes haha 🙈) and I’m going to start the week with only the best intentions! ✨😆✨

haha Monday is my favorite weight loss day to!!! it always feel like a clean slate especially if you hit a hair pin bend. I have also been battling with the food situation despite exercising consistently. but 80% of our battle lies in the kitchen how devastating is that! I was reading a article where it said that if you were to go for a really good 5km run and when you got back from that run you consumed a packet of doritos and a can of coke, that entire run would have been for nothing because you just substituted all the calories you burned for the ones you consumed. Granted that exercise is still good for the heart and muscles and such but from a weight loss perspective it is as good as nil. I have started Intermittent fasting today because I believe it is supposed to yield good results maybe you should do some research into that and see if it tickles your fancy.
