Yikes 🙈 anotherrrrr terrible day! I am not doing well food-wise... I mean, I know what to eat to lose weight; I know what not to eat to lose weight - but it’s like my brain just isn’t interested right now 🙄 I’m exercising a lot more than I have been, but it seems the general consensus is that what you eat has more impact on your weight than how much you exercise.
Anyways! I love starting fresh on Monday’s, Monday’s are actually my fave day of the week (and everybody looks at me like whaaaa...) haha! So tomorrow I’m going to put some of my lovely new gym gear on (inc. new super spiffy yoga mat because my other is sooo squeaky and I’m so embarrassed in classes haha 🙈) and I’m going to start the week with only the best intentions! ✨😆✨
