It's amazing what a shift in consciousness does, at first it was hard to believe I could ever lose weight, then it was hard to imagine actually keeping up the weight loss, now it's what sacrifices should I make to reach my goals, next ya Gona tell me I can be whatever I want to be
80.5 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 1.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Haha, I actually used to be believe I can't ever have visible abs because I've got bad genetics/ carb intolerance/ slow metabolism. Turns out I just needed a change in approach.
