So we didn't braai today... Sacrilege, I know, but it's probably a good thing. I would've devoured all the rolls and potato salads that would no-doubt have been made. Instead I made flax "tortillas" again and it was all right. The texture's not my favourite, but if you season the dough well enough, then you almost forget it's not really bread. Almost. I also had actual bread (a tiny piece of rye), because I'm cleaning out my freezer a little at a time. It didn't hit my macros too hard, so I'm cool with it. Got in a bit of a strength/bodyweight workout - no beast mode, just enough to be challenging. Overall a good day. Hope you all had a great Heritage Day!
