I have fallen off the Keto wagon😢. Still doing Alternate day fasting. It’s a tried and proved method for me. I still wanna give banting a go next year, start in Jan. Right now am traveling a lot, makes it hard to stick to Keto, plus my sister will be visiting soon, and she is a foodie🙈😀, I struggle to stick to my diets when surrounded by people that are doing the opposite. Am just gonna give ADF my full dedication. Am trying to eat as much real food as possible, just not high fat anymore.
