So im back after 2 months...really wish I didnt stop, but im back on track and hopefully I can reach my goal now.
98 kg Lost so far: 5 kg.    Still to go: 28 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Just getting back on track is the hardest part. I heard something that really resonated with me: Don’t think about the long term, just make sure you make the right decision right now. And then do that, every time. That way you won’t have to worry, the long term goal will happen if you only focus on making correct decisions as they happen. So don’t think about tomorrow or the next day or the month ahead. Only focus on making the correct decision right now then it becomes easy. It’s just one right decision at a time.
