I decided yesterday that I will not allow winter this year to drive my body to hibernation and extra insulation :)
So, seeing that our office is on the third story of the building, I now go down and back up the stairs every hour. Yesterday was the first day doing so, and it seems to pay off.
Today I brought a 7.5kg kettle-bell with me to work to kick the stairs exercise up a notch (pun intended lol)

Eeshk... It IS shark week, so I'm not that worried.
I did not cheat with the Atkins phase 1 at all. Will do another week or two of phase 1 just for good measure.

Well smack my ass and call me Judy... xD
I started with Atkins phase 1 yesterday and I was a bit skeptical about eating double as much calories as I normally would, and only focusing on the carb and protein count, but seems like it's doing not so bad :)
