Well smack my ass and call me Judy... xD

I started with Atkins phase 1 yesterday and I was a bit skeptical about eating double as much calories as I normally would, and only focusing on the carb and protein count, but seems like it's doing not so bad :)

Don't forget to measure yourself in strategic places with a tape measure. You will be amazed how some weeks when the scale slows down you will be losing centimeters and some times in big increments. It is very motivating to know that you are actually getting smaller all over. I admire you starting this smack bang in the middle of winter when its so cold and one craves not only more food but often the "wrong" stuff too. Happy Wednesday!
