It is 41 days before my birthday. my desire is to be at least 77 kg by my birthday so that i fall in the healthy bracket bmi wise. m currently overweight and i have drastically increased my physical activity. and enjoy walking and sprinting i feel crowded in the gym and work out outside. i seem to be losing weight but my stomach is protruding more now.

managed to fit in a dress that was small most of the winter.Also have more energy to exercise.prefer running as i can feel the flab as i run.

Went to gym and didnt get inside but took a walk instead.Have been using stairs to get to the third floor.
