Considering joining the NPL Body Rev 2024 Challenge. 😬 Its not something I ever thought to do. Daunting. To compete in a fitness appearance competition?
The prize money is a GOOD motivator. I am not someone who EVER takes before and after photos, let alone for social media use. 🫣So the photos are the worst part for me. I was always uncomfortable with the way I looked and the feeling became my normal, still is. But the challenge starts at the end of January. Everyone that participates wins, the way I see it.
Obviously there will be only ONE winner (male & female) but everyone who signed up “wins” the way I see it…because they committed 90 days to change themselves, the money is just extra.
