Yesterday's lunch was my Coconutty Gluten-Free Low Carb Wraps which are only 1.9g net carbs and 33 calories per wrap(excluding filling).
For the filling I made coleslaw with the PNP Coleslaw Mix and Nola Sweet & Creamy Reduced Oil Mayo and slices of gammon.
Super YUMMY!!!

My sister is gluten intolerant and I always had an interest in the food and beverage industry so I decided to manufacture a Gluten Free Low Carb Wrap Premix that I call Coconutty Wraps.
You just add 250ml water to make the dough :)
Each wrap is only 1.9g net carbs and 33 calories 😀 Main ingredient is organic coconut flour so it has a nice coconut taste to it that goes well as a wrap or used as a flat bread for curries, etc.
1 Pack of the premix makes 5 x +/-14cm Diameter Wraps that are :
• Low Carb
• Gluten Free
• Egg Free
• Dairy Free
• Preservative and Colorant Free
• Soy Free
• Nut Free
• Grain Free
• Vegan
• Keto
• High in Fibre
I currently pack them in boxes of 6 packs so each box makes 30 wraps and they sell for R240 a box. You can get a free sample pack to make 5 x wraps to try them out.

I entered a 1 month weightloss challenge that started on the 02 October 2021 and my offical weight was a whopping 142.2kg due to me going completely offplan.
1 month later we weighed in on the Monday(01 November 2021) and my weight dropped from 142.2kg to 124.8kg!!! That's a 17.4kg drop in 1 month!!!!
The bonus of it all was the R10 000 cash prize money :D
Now I'm on a 1 week break for Diwali and will start again next Monday :) Will definitely see a gain again next week but that's ok :)

My official weight this morning is
132.7kg.
I'm BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAACK!!! :D
Happy to see a 5kg drop after 3 days of rebooting my journey. The last 2 to 3 years were absolute chaos and I lost focus. I kept delaying my reboot and then realised that the year is almost over so I sucked it up, gave myself a stern motivational talk and rebooted.
My initial loss is always big as it's mostly water loss so don't feel that you are losing too less based on my results. I will average out to about 0.3kg to 0.7kg loss per week once settled in.
