This was my weigh-in yesterday, Monday(30/10/2023)and is the heaviest I have been in a loooooooong time.

Losing people just puts your mind into a negative state and only time helps to get you focused again.

People will also let u down in your time of need which adds to the negativity you have to endure but eventually you will push through all that like I am about to do :)

My official weight last Thursday was 129.55kg.

I was super busy and forgot to update my weight on FS.

Hoping to be closer to the 129kg mark this week.

My official weight this morning is 130.15kg.

I'm super happy with my 1st week back on this journey although I didn't stick to my plan 100%.

I'm baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaack!!!

It has been more than a year since I recorded my weight on here.

It has been an emotional rollercoaster for more than a year with my Dad getting very sick a few times and recovering but sadly he passed on at the end of November :(

You just can't focus on anything when you lose a parent especially when you are so close to them.

Now I feel that I am ready to start again for my own health benefit and live with a positive mindset. My first step was to get a really good scale :D

My official starting weight is 137.65kg

Posting this pic late as I'm so busy.

3 Coconutty Wraps - 33 calories and 1.9g nett carbs each (99 calories for 3)
PnP Sun Dried Tomato Bruschetta topping (18 calories per 25g serving)
+/-150 calories lunch that was super filling for a big guy like me. Looking forward to other fillings.
