Just booked my cruise trip for March 2024. Super excited. But now I need to get to 85kgs and fit in a swimming suit. 🙃 227 days and counting down.

I am stuck. I have not been eating right but do not feel like fresh veggies or cooking much because of the cold weather. I have been indulging in pastas and warm toasted sandwiches, when I should be eating veggies and soups. I need to get back in track before I reverse the progress I have made. 😔
