So keto isnt working for me. because of sugar cravings. So Ive decided on a less restrictive diet, Just keep my calories as low as possible without staving and a few exercises twice a day. Plank for 1 min, 40 squats, 20 wall push ups and 60 hoola hoops per side. and lots of house work! It seems to be working. Its been a week and I can see a difference in my belly area. so Im going to continue and see what the long run brings.
