So I haven't posted in a while, as weight loss was not really a priority the past few months. My health has taken a toll and my digestive system shut down completely.
Have been for several blood tests, a gastroscopy and colonoscopy a few weeks ago and after the R10 000 procedure (with no medical aid) the doctor informed me that he couldn't find anything wrong with me and shrugged it off.
I am back to square one where I have to look for someone who is willing to help me find the cause of my problems.
In the meanwhile, I cannot exercise anymore as I feel too sick. I live on protein shakes and soup and try my best to keep on eating healthy.
Sorry - had to vent :)
