one thing that motivated me to start this journey was my son whom I couldn't do some activities with him without being out of breath...and just being healthy is a bonus 😀

Health, as myself and two sons were born with chronic cholesterol and I have high blood pressure, and then also wanting feel sexy again and have more energy

I lost a lot of weight last year and then through sheer stupidity on my part I gained a large portion of it back, and I have living in a web of senseless denial. but thanks to a well meaning comment from my fiance I decided to get back in saddle because I have to look good in my wedding photo's you only get one opportunity when it comes to those.

not being able to wear sexy tight clothes like I used to. being I feel fat. and lack of confidence when intimate with my husband. I'm at 55.4kgs today. just 5.4kgs to loose

I was just fed up with having to only buy clothes from certain stores and then having to look for the biggest size..

Health reasons , hypothyroid , cholesterol and well as high glucose levels . I have lost sm weight last year but just like Ijustwanttofeelgood i become stupid and self sabotage

I've always lost weight for a reason, for a holiday for a wedding and always gain it all back afterwards. So this year I decided to do it for me. And for the sexy clothes ofcourse. 😅
