Ok so I haven't been very active on here, but I think it's time I get my head back to a good place. There are so many of you that are doing so well and it is an absolute inspiration. I really don't have any excuse other than my head not being in the right place and my health giving me hell. But sort the weight and the health should follow right. So what have I been up to well I did my first transformation challange and I am proud to add my pick. My second one has been clean eating with no exercise and 3 weeks after this one to win this comp. I will be posting more food and moods I think for the last 3 weeks of this challange.

I love reading everyones posts. So if I can inspire one person then I'm truly happy.

So currently I have been gaining a lot of weight but been sorting more health issues, dealing with bi-polar, insulin deficiency, hormonal issues, anemia, sleep issues and total lack of self confidence in my abilities.

Here's to changing the course.
