I didn't track my food/calories yesterday but it was sort of a refeed day but with KFC. lol. From experience, I know it won't be too much of a problem :)

lol finger licking good,i hope :) i learnt instead of burger i am going to revert to buritos, wraps as they have less carbs than the buns.

Lol if I do KFC which is maybe once a month it's a burger with no chips. I remove most the sause so don't feel too guilty. Cheat meals are ok.

Some lifestyles allows one to enjoy junkfood and still lose fat/weight. My thursdays and weekends were always high carbs. You just have to experiment and find what works best for you to sustain whilst balancing it all.
