Ok so this is where my journey really begins. I know my biggest problem is sweets, cakes chocolates cokes and fast food. So please sugar....dont spoil my vibe. I weighed myself this morning... im 66kg. Thank goodness im broke so i wont be able to buy any sweets even if i wanted to lol. My strategy is to not carry any money around.. that way i can only eat wat i have. I havent decided on a diet plan so i will be cutting portions, eating veg and meat. I will try to at least drink a few glasses of water cos only the Lord knows when the last time i drank water was. I suppose it will be like a low carb diet but not as extreme... cos boy meat is not one of my favorite things. 🙈🙈...k... so.... good luck to me😂😂😂
