Decided, i will start my diet on Monday... but i will still record everything i eat from today. I feel stressed out in life generally and im sure this is oart of the reason of my weight gain. Sooooo im gonna try to practice being calm.... if possible. Lets see how it goes.

Good luck 🍀 recording definitely helps, for the first 2 months i used a food journal until i discovered FS.
