OK, today was a FAIL!!! The lack of sleep really threw me off.

I also ended up eating some gluten free sponge cake with chocolate fudge icing that my sister baked.

Learnt an important lesson on how much we need good quality sleep to keep ourselves focused.

I'm going to do 30 bicep curls before I sleep tonight.

just want to say I always read your journal entries. what a motivation for me personally. thank you😊👍💪 I tried one day intermittent fasting. felt great. anxiously waiting to weigh in at 8am to see if it made a difference. I'm sure it did cos the scale was not happy yesterday 😄

Thanks Gaffoor :) Intermittent Fasting results cant always be seen in just one day. You need to stick to it for a few weeks and trust the science behind it. There's some confusion with people referring to IF and 5:2 Fast Diet styles of fasting. Please give us a run down of what you did for your Intermittent Fasting so we can help with more advice on how to make it more effective :) The key thing with IF is that you need to eat under your RDI in your 8 hour eating window and the next thing is to watch your macros(amounts of carbs,proteins,fats,fibre).
