It seems we all are having a slow=down in the losses in this passed week!

My weight this morning was the same as last week then after a bath it dropped to 102.3kg

I think I'm going to move my official weigh-in to Saturday morning and limit my calories to under 2000 calories today. I don't have anything planned for my Friday night so I should be able to complete a fast day tomorrow and then do the weigh-in the next morning. Usually I have an unrestricted Thursday where I eat anything without counting my calories on a Thursday but I have to change that if I want my results to be better.

If things don't go accordingly, I'll just record my weight as 102.3kg for this week :)

restricting your unrestricted thursdays will definitely have an impact even if you still enjoy all the pleasures you want to aslong as its within your RDI and not 50% over, play around with 25% over your limit and see how it works for you. I know you'll figure something out, you always do #ThumbsUp

Thanks Ibiza, I'll play around and see what happens. @Bren - I dropped 0.2kg after my bath :D Sometimes I drop 0.5kg after a bath so that's why I always weigh myself after a bath :D

Hey BBO...please don't take this as criticism but don't you think 173g of protein is a bit hectic....otherwise your log looks great!

LCFF it actually went up to 215g of protein yesterday because I ate more than I estimated I should eat. lol. But it wasn't actual steak. It was a cut of meat with some skin and fat on it so it might be more fat than protein. I just input the weight of the meat in total just to get a rough estimate on where I am in terms of calories. The way I look at it is if I was supposed to eat just 1g protein per kg of bodyweight per day then if I was 100kg and ate 100g protein whilst doing no-food fasting then that would average out to only 50g protein over 2 days (1 fast day + 1 non-fast day). I'm not gyming at the moment but i'm not too strict with my macros. The goal for yesterday was to stay around 2000 calories but no junk food like what I usually enjoy on a Thursday and I also didn't have any ice cream :D lol

Well done on a very successful Thursday....not having junk on a Thursday is a smart move and you will reap the benefits, for sure! I'll continue stalking your logs lol...Have a good weekend! p.s. Why you not gymming. When I saw your gym pics in erhhmm September I think it was you were looking really BUFF!

I dont log my food on weekends tho lol. I don't have a vehicle for the last few months so getting to gym and back is an issue at the moment. Will hopefully resolve my life issues soon :)
