My unofficial weight this morning is 104.9kg.
I guess its the food weight from yesterday's low carb day that's causing a weight gain. I did eat a big supper of almost 300g of roasted chicken + 200g of roasted brinjal + an apple :D Lunch was big too.
I should see a drop tomorrow as today is a fast day(YAY!). I'm going to weigh-in tomorrow but I'll record my weight on Saturday morning as I want to have 3 fast days before recording a new official weight.
