Scared for thanksgiving coming up 😖 what am I gonna do..?

Eat less and just the food you really want, log everything here, eat less the day before, and be thankful that we live in parts of the world where we have enough food and get to make these choices.

You know what you can eat! Just eat what you think you SHOULD and WANT to. Remember if your goal is health and fat loss, then making the right decision for yourself is what you need to do. Don't look at the volume of food, but rather all the options you'll have for a healthy meal.

Don't go to lunch/dinner hungry. Have a protein bar or shake (or whatever you know is good) before you go. You'll put a lot less food on your plate if you're already "full".

I'm just a week into my weight loss, no time like right before Thanksgiving to get started! I'm just planning to eat mostly turkey and veggies, and stick to small portions of some of the carbie foods. I'm going to try hard not to give in totally to temptation, but let myself have a little bit of a treat. I've already decided no desserts though. And hey, Thanksgiving will roll around again next year and I'll be able to enjoy it more fully then after I've been good and reached my goal!
