My unofficial weight this morning is 101.9kg.

By comparison to last week Tuesday's unofficial weight of 103.3kg, I am down by 1.4kg. I am 95% certain to see my weight officially drop into the 100kg range tomorrow BUT that 5% of doubt is there for that occasion where our bodies may just stall for some unknown reason.

Goodmorning can anyone tell me how muchcalories mush I get in to get weight loss please i did make my calories lower but i dont know if i must make it lower it was 1900 and i start yesterday with 1600 must i make it lower

Janine your RDI shouldnt be played around with to lower your calories. Enter the data and choose SEDENTARY as your activity level. Then once your RDI is set you must choose a method of weight/fat loss. One way is to just consume up to 80% of your RDI. Another way is to include banting but still eat up to 80% RDI. Another way is to follow a fasting lifestyle and have fast days of maximum 500 calories. Another way is to skip breakfast and only eat food from midday and this is known as 16:8 Intermittent Fasting.
