I'm going to try and steer clear of carbs for today. It makes me super uncomfortable and bloated - I even experience pain right after I eat something carby... Gonna be tuff, but here's to trying!
Plus!! I realize that I have no idea on what I'm gonna eat the rest of the day, and that planning is the best way to succeed!!
