This was a meal I made on Tuesday. It was steak strips and boiled eggs but I wanted to give the eggs more flavour because they usually taste a bit bland. I took out the yolks, smashed them with some salt, pepper and a tablespoon of Tangy Mayo and it became a protein mash :D
