After Monday's fast day of 18 calories, my unofficial weight this morning is 108.4kg so that's a 2.1kg drop since yesterday morning.
This is not magic weight loss. My fasting has just given my body a chance to digest the food I consumed on the weekend which caused my weight to go up after the weekend.
I am going out for a lunch tomorrow which is usually my Wednesday Fast Day so I might have to do my official weigh-in tomorrow morning instead of Thursday morning. The food intake from Wednesday which is going to be high carb might cause a temporary gain and give me a false reading for my official weight but I will still weigh-in on Thursday morning and record it if it is lower than Wednesday morning's weigh-in :)
