Back to getting on track so I started counting my calories again as of today.

I was going to make it a fast day but since it's Friday I decided to start my fast days fresh from next week Monday and will ease into it.

I need to keep my week 100% on the right track since next Saturday is my dad's 60th birthday party and that means more cake and indulging!!! lol! So I'm hoping to have some control this weekend to ease into things on Monday.

Today's goal was to only eat after midday but I managed to push it to have my 1st meal at 2:30pm and then snacked on fruit and oats. Oats seem to be an excellent choice as a snack especially when I add some chocolate protein powder and banana to it :)

Chicken Tikka with roti and chips for dinner tonight but I'm going to keep my calories to under my RDI(hopefully).
