If you want a quick and easy low carb snack that will kill hunger try this :
50g Peanuts (salted or plain) 20g Coconut Flakes
This snack gives me 27.2g Fat, 11.7g Carbs, 5.1g Fibre and 13.7g Protein. It' a total of 343 Calories so you can play with the quantities to suit your needs.
It works out way cheaper to buy the big packets of peanuts and coconut flakes and then just make your own smaller snack packs to carry with you.
The healthy fats in the peanuts and coconut will curb your appetite and keep you feeling fuller for longer.
For those of us wanting to lose weight/fat but need to snack then this will be much better than chips, popcorn, pretzels, chocolate, etc. because healthy fats help us lose fat/weight :D
