Day two of my change:
Did not sleep well at all yesterday night. Only manage to fall asleep round about 2:45. Think it was due to the fact that I had migraine over the weekend and slept way to much then. Might also be the training I did last night???
Well set alarm to go off at 6:00 this morning to go to gym but did not go :-( Scheduled to go this afternoon so will be leaving the office at 16:00 sharp. Else feel very good except for a slight headace but that can be expected.
