I hope I can lose 30 😩😩😩 I'm doing the insanity workout an I'm already on day 4, anyone have any diet tips?

You're being so consistent with exercising daily, that's awesome! There are so many tips out there that I like. Consider eating a bit more veggies and protein since you are working out? Also, drinking plain green tea or coffee instead of juice boosts metabolism.

Lactic acid will accumulate and your body will retain water. This is why people who start working out frequently see little change in their weight (at the beginning). Eat turmeric (anti-inflammatory) or a cup of coffee (diuretic) in the morning. Massage also helps. Or instead of weighing yourself, go by how you feel or how much better your clothes seem to fit👍🏼
