Yesterday's supper for my Non-Fast day was a recipe I can use for Fast Days as well by simply lowering the quantities of the ingredients or I can make it as 1 big meal on my Fast Day. I was supposed to add baked beans to the meal but my plate was so full that I decided to leave out the baked beans.

Recipe Ingredients :
210g Steamed Chicken Breast(No Skin)
100g Butternut (Cubed and Roasted)
30g Lettuce
65g Mushroom (Sliced and Microwaved)
213g Red Sweet Pepper (Sliced and Microwaved)
30g Trim Original
30g Wellington's Sweet Chilli Sauce

Total Calories : 452 Calories

Macros for this meal :
55g Protein
42g Carbs
7g Fat
6.5g Fibre

I cooked the red peppers and mushroom in the microwave :) Easy peasy! :D Just put in a bowl, add 2 tablespoon water and microwave for about 3 minutes depending on how cooked u want it. I also found that I can cook cabbage like this as well.

cabbage as well-WOW! Now this I must definitely try tonight... :-):-)

Cabbage may need 4 tablespoon water and about 6 to 8 minutes in the microwave. Make sure you put in a bowl and cover it with a microwave lid or clingwrap with a few small holes poked in them. I tried it with purple cabbage and it worked really well.
