Since I'm only 0.5kg away from smashing my next goal weight, it has really got me motivated to start training a little harder to build muscle.

The only supplement I have consumed during my weight loss journey has been Pro Nutrition Whey Fusion protein shakes and I only have 1 serving post workout on the days that I go to the gym and only if it is not a fast day.

I'm considering getting some blood tests done before I add any supplements to my body. From a health point of view I think its important to know if I have any hormone imbalances so that I can make informed supplement choices. Some supplements are marketed as boosting testosterone as they contain herbs like tribulus so I rather know what my testosterone levels actually are 1st before using such supplements.
