So to celebrate my weight loss I am going to go to SPUR and enjoy their Eat-As-Much-As-You-Want Ribs & Wings special :D Closest one to me is Halaal and I'll be taking my muslim buddy so it will be lamb ribs. Will leave the pork ribs for another day :)

you are making me hungry i love ribs and our spur only have the pork one that i don't eat. but i have a big party on over the weekend and that people love to have lots of food so i will be strong until then. Big boy enjoy whatever you are having and think of us :-(

Its 14:30pm and all I had was my cup of coffeee and my protein shake after a gym session. Still deciding what to do. LOL!
