Supper tonight was a stuffed pepper! Check how cool they look! It was filled with some rice, chicken cut in small cubes, mushroom and mixed veg. I added 3/4 cup mash made from fresh potatoes(with milk) and a cup of broccoli leftover from last night. Forgot to put in the cheese!
