Oooopps! I've not been keeping as strictly to my calorie in vs out schedule as I should be.
Some royal dansk biscuits and a few gins creeping in.

But it's cool. New week, new challenges, and new opportunities
85.8 kg Lost so far: 11.2 kg.    Still to go: 5.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
