ahhhhhh.... I must weigh about 58kg now :( really depressing! I haven't been gyming, haven't been eating right... I am literally growing into my work uniform which was falling off of me!

But I have decided to get my ass back in gear...
except for the only diet, I know that worked for me was a very unhealthy one... High Protein, low to no carbs and sugar, no fruit either. I basically ate, avo, eggs, chicken, bacon, vegetables and drank green tea.

What other diet options could I try that are somewhat vegetarian yet filling?

Keto if u buy salmon and other fatty fish. Keto can be adapted for vegans so im sure its the same for vegetarians too

Keto's a bit limiting for vegetarians and vegans. It's doable, but I'm not sure if it'll be enjoyable (or sustainable). But you can easily pull it on a pescatarian diet (basically a vegetarian that also eats seafood). If you have the funds (seafood is kind of pricey). Or you can look into IIFYM (counting macros) if you're not keen on cutting food groups from your diet. I think it's easier to follow and less restrictive. I haven't tried it muself, but people have done well on it.
