ahhhhhh.... I must weigh about 58kg now :( really depressing! I haven't been gyming, haven't been eating right... I am literally growing into my work uniform which was falling off of me!
But I have decided to get my ass back in gear... except for the only diet, I know that worked for me was a very unhealthy one... High Protein, low to no carbs and sugar, no fruit either. I basically ate, avo, eggs, chicken, bacon, vegetables and drank green tea.
What other diet options could I try that are somewhat vegetarian yet filling?
