Made "rice" from frozen cauliflower florets (because I couldn't find fresh cauliflower for some reason) - it wasn't bad. Obviously it doesn't have the exact taste and texture of rice, but it is its own thing. I think it'll be better with fresh cauliflower.

Also made a smoothie with today's fruit and whey protein. It came out strangely airy (like drinking clouds), but it tasted really good.

I've noticed that I'm now getting full with a smaller plate, but I'm not sure I want to maintain that in the long term.
