I feel like I overate even though I tracked everything today. Had Nando's quarter chicken (just the chicken) and Peri-spinach (amongst other things). Since I was working the late shift, I wasn't able to verify the actual size of the servings, so I can only go on what's available on this app. Am so full still… ugh.

But it was good!!! Haven't had Nando's in so long.

I also managed to fit in a moderately intense workout today, so hopefully that counters what I may have over-indulged on.

Feeling weaker this week, and I suspect it will continue into next week. But as long as I get in some activity, I think I'll be okay.
