So I went for my first pregnancy check up today.....and guess what....Im finally im ketosis! Apparently Im not eating enough....but on top of constant nausea Im also too scared to eat too much again and pick up unnecessary weight again.

I don't know anything about pregnancy but I think you should put the fears away and eat. we will be here for you to help shed the weight. I know I will. I'm trying to loose so I can fall pregnant next year hopefully. So please don't be too hard on yourself. Enjoy your pregnancy as much as you can.

Enjoy your pregnancy and just try to be as healthy as possible. I ate far too much and ended up 30kg overweight fortunately I lost all that weight.

@karentladi start taking ur folic acid and things now then. And tell ur man to eat lots of potatoes. It strengthens the sperm apparently. It worked for my neighbour who was told she cant have kids....she had 2 after that...

Oh and im not trying to be in ketosis. I just vomit alot so my body is taking strain. I just find it so ironic that I tried for so long and failed....and now that I dont want to anymore, Im in ketosis? Just eating bread today. Its all I can stomach.

im one of the lucky few. inly gained 5kg during pregenancy (excluding the baby etc) and it was all water weight

I think the baby needs to be your top priority for the next several months. Think of the satisfaction you’ll have losing the baby gain 👏👏🎉
