Quite surprised & pleased I managed to maintain and even loose a bit more weight on my 5 day trip away.. kept my food diary 4 out of the 5 days which definitely helped 😊
58.2 kg Lost so far: 9.8 kg.    Still to go: 2.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
