been a while since I captured my training. Been on two weeks leave but still kept relatively active.
weekly have kept to same training just increased weights and more protein.
mon to Fri : Row and cycle
Tue Thursdays and Sundays: weights
Sat: 30 min Row & cycle.
Not too worried about gaining on the scale while I add on protein (bulk up) but hoping for body fat reduction .
103.4 kg Lost so far: 9.1 kg.    Still to go: 4.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.3 kg a Week
