Well, back at square one...

Knee op, laziness, studying... It all added up. And now it will all have to substract itself again.

Day two of being 100% Paleo. I also didn't succumb to the wine last night. Felt good but I really could have done with a glass of vino.

This year will be better, and I will get back to goal weight.
81.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
