Arrrgh i'm in the middle of exams and my eating habits are shocking right now and it shows :-(
Getting back on track - did a 5km run yesterday, gotta keep it up
71 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
