another week without weight training. second week of taking fat burners to break the plateau I was having. Training for week:
4 x 30min cycle 1 x 45min cycle
1 x 30min Row
weekend
Saterday : 30min Row 20min cycle
Sunday: 60min cycle
Still working on upping water consumption. trying different water combinations.
100 kg Lost so far: 12.5 kg.    Still to go: 1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.8 kg a Week

cutting out weights is a very bad idea.Weights helps You to keep muscle mass.more mass=more calories burnt

Yea its been tough struggling with a shoulder injury so hopefully back into it soon.

try skipping.Try perfecting each variation.Try Ascending Descending Rowing.Basically there's 10 rounds.100m,200m,300m,400m,500m and then vice versa again.Really fries you.Also try see if you can achieve 1000m in under 10min.I should do it again.Last I did it in I think 6-7min.Uphill sprints also works well but you can only do it twice a week with 48hrs reat due to its intense work. Great ab workout also

I'm also going a week without any training. Sometimes your body needs a timeout to rest.
