After last week with standing still - I was a bit nervous this morning getting on the scale, I know that if you dont see results you always feel so disappointed even if you ate everything you are suppose to, when I got on the scale this morning I stood still for a while before I glanced down, LOL

So happy that the scale is moving again in the right direction, Atkins is doing it for me.

I have lost 15kg so far...

My Biggest aim is to get to double digits, working hard towards that - would love to see double digits by the end of November, wish me luck.....
102.5 kg Lost so far: 22.5 kg.    Still to go: 2.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
